Hi Everyone,
I love stories. Especially stories about people like me, working crazy shift work, nights, weekends and holidays, working the weather as it affects the people and areas we are responsible for. We get funny phone calls, play pranks on each other, make embarrassing errors, and other humorous things. Drunks show up at our offices and whether you're entertained or horrified by what happens, it's never boring. Occasionally something more amazing happens, and I like to hear and write about those things, too. I want to make this blog a collection point for these crazy, funny, amazing stories we all experience, and allow us to share and enjoy them! I don't pretend to be a creative writer of any real skill, I'm lucky to write a scientific discussion of the weather that is going on around my area each shift.
